Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, share the fun, fill your dance card, and do something good for your community!

1. Pick the shift(s) and assignment(s)

3. Get your party dress ready!

Shift 1
noon-2pm		 Pick up food at different restaurants and deliver to Callanwolde
Shift 1
noon-2pm		 Work as our ‘Pit Boss Lady’ selling checks then redeeming winnings for tickets for our drawings.

noon-2pm		 Pick up Linens on Friday or Saturday for use on Sunday. Very Important job!

noon-2pm		 Create centerpieces. Create pins or something special for Goddesses and Sponsors to wear.
Shift 2
2-4pm		 Put linens on tables, put out the flower arrangements, setup signage, etc.
Shift 3
4-6pm		 Greeter, Registration, Coat Check, General Information, Start people moving through the buffet lines
Shift 4
6-8pm		 Greeter, Registration, Coat Check, General Information, Keep the serving tables in good condition, Bus tables, Keep buffet lines moving, Sell Raffle Tickets
Shift 4
6-8pm		 Be a dance partner for singles or for those whose partners do not dance. No strings attached – just dance!
Shift 5
8-10pm		 Greeter, Registration, Coat Check, General Information, Keep the serving tables in good condition, Bus tables, Keep buffet lines moving,
Shift 5
8-10pm		 Be a dance partner for singles or for those whose partners do not dance. No strings attached – just dance!
Shift 6
9-10pm		 Farewell: Help Guests who are leaving with Coat Check, Thank them for coming
Shift 7
10-11pm		 Clean up food and dishes, pick up linens, in general put the place back like it was when we started
